The South Jersey Horn is a professional musician. He is a member of both the Pastoral Winds and the Brass Consort, two outstanding ensembles available to perform ceremony music at your special wedding!
The Pastoral Winds is a wind quintet (also known as woodwind quintet) consisting of flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and French horn. More information and music clips can be found at URL http://pastoralwinds.20m.com.
The Brass Consort is a brass quintet consisting of two (2) trumpets, French horn, trombone and tuba. More information and music clips can be found at URL http://brassconsort.netfirms.com.
Both ensembles are able to perform at indoor and outdoor venues. The typical offering is:
- prelude music for the arriving guests
- processional music for the entrance of the parents, bridal party and bride
- ceremony music for the ring exchange, candle lighting, flower exchange or other significant moments
- recessional music for the exiting wedding party
- postlude music for the exiting guests
The quintets can also perform background music during the reception cocktail hour.
