I got my husbands ring online from here and I was very disappointed when I got it. It didn't shine like it should. I took it to Zales and a lady said it looks like it's been worn for years. The good thing is she said if I take the receipt back she can send it out and send a new one and hopefully it will be better.

Went into Zales looking for engagement ring. Staff are less than enthusiastic and I felt as if they didn't have the time of day. I won't go back.

I used both the Zales outlet in Jackson and the Zales store in Toms River at the Ocean County Mall. Their jewelry is beautiful in both stores and they are all very nice. I only encountered one quite unprofessional employee when my husband and I brought back a bracelet he bought me that broke. She seemed like she didn't care and we were annoying her.
