If I had known I never would have bought my dress here. I ordered my dress in February from this store because they were close to home and offering a good sale at the time. Just after my dress was paid for and ordered the shop closed and moved a decent distance away. I was told my dress would be in 3 months later and was then told month after month that it was backordered and would be "in next month". I finally got my dress in late August (my wedding was October 3rd) and luckily found someone willing to take the dress in over 5 inches since they didn't listen to me when I told them what size I wanted to order (I had wls before this and was losing aroun 10 to 15 pounds a month). All I wanted was to get my dress far away from these people. When I finally drove over a hour to get it I had to try it on and sweat in it since they didn't see it prudent to turn on their AC in August.
