My husband and I had our reception at the Versailles Ballroom on January 30, 2010! The entire planning process was made simple and stress free. Tracy was our wedding planner and she was the sweetest! Any questions, problems, or concerns were taken care of right away. We never had to worry if things were going to go wrong. They allowed us to come with our parents for a food/ cake testing several months in advance! The food was amazing! There was so much in the cocktail hour that almost all of our guest told us they could barely touch their dinner. The MD Angel was awesome! He came over to us at least 10 times asking us if we needed anything and if everything was ok. The entire event ran so smoothly without a hitch! The venue was beautiful and very easy to plan decor around. I WOULDNT HAVE CHANGED A THING! It was the best day of our life and we couldnt have picked a better reception site to celebrate in! Thanks to everyone that helped make our day perfect! We will never forget you! A very happy bride and groom!Laura and Scott Kirk!

I was so happy with everything the Ramada provided. The food was excellent, and the reception area was beautiful. Tracy and Erin were very helpful in customizing our reception right down to the type of beer (important to my husband). Angel, the maitre d', paid very close attention to detail in setting up our personal items (favors, menus, table numbers, seating chart, guest book). Even the bar tender had drinks waiting for us before we even knew we needed a refill. Guests are still commenting on how wonderful it was!

Tracy and Heidi were so easy to work w/ in the office. They helped w/ any questions I had along the way. Angel was our Maitre'D for the night of our wedding and he was great. Checked in w/ us numerous times to see if there was anything I needed. The wait staff took drink orders at the tables, we had some people who couldn't get up and about easily and they made sure they were taken care of. The bartenders were quick and efficient. I was concerned w/ only one bar but it was never an issue. The cocktail hour was amazing. All the food was so good. We had a sit down dinner which was amazing. Our wedding was a year ago and people still comment on how great the reception was and how good the food was!!!

Wonderful! Great experience. Angel, the matre'd was fabulous. He made sure that we were taken care of as soon as we got out of the limo. Food was wonderful and the waiters were so nice. Everything that we expected.Only negative comment I have is that the catering office never answered their phone. I would call to ask questions and they would call back hours later. So then I started saying in my message to please call back when I'm on break from 1-2 or after work at 5. So then they would call me at 12. When did 12 become 1? So I would then call back at 1 and ask to call me back before 2 or after 5. i would then get a call at 3:30. After this happened 3 days in a row I gave them my moms number to call.

I was pleased with everything they provided. the day went off without a hitch. The service they provided was excellent.We had our cermony and reception there. They did an excellent job of transforming everything over for the next wedding. I was very pleased with their service. I would definaltely reccomend them and would go to them for another function

The dinner was very good but the servers took away the dinner too quickly. I didnt get to eat dinner or cake. It is like you sit to eat, talk to someone and your plate is gone. Plus we had quests that didnt show. Rather than offer extra dinners to people, the dinners were not offered but paid for.
