Our wedding day was amazing! Everything was perfect and I could not have been happier!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Taste Catering for making our wedding pefect!!! I do not even know where to begin with how excellent everything was! From day number 1, everything was just easy. And that's how it should be. Taste helped guide us through every aspect and every little detail of the day! I honestly cannot put into words how grateful we are to taste catering. The staff at our wedding was perfect! Always had a smile on their face, very attentive to our guests, and ANYTHING we needed they were on top of it in a heartbeat! It was very impressive how fast the food was put at the tables, and once our guests were finished with their meals, how fast it was cleared from the tables. Our guests are still talking about the food! They were amazed with the amount of food that came out during cocktail hour. They said it was never ending, and whenever they turned around another server was right there offering more delicious food! And the entrees were amazing!! The presentation of the meals was beautiful, and the food came out of the kitchen HOT! You do a wonderful job serving a large amount of people! Once again, THANK YOU! I HIGHLY recommend taste catering to any bride out there. Their attention to detail, staff, food, and dedication to their company is admirable. Keep up that good work, Taste Catering and hopefully we'll cross paths in the future! ;)

Taste Catering (and more specifically, The Stateroom) was AMAZING!!! I couldn't have asked for better service! Nicole was attentive, responsive to all of my emails/phone calls, professional and an absolute blessing to my wedding! From the initial meeting at the Roadshow, to the day AFTER my wedding, Nicole was wonderful!! More so, the serving staff, especially Paula, were pleasant, respectful and provided wonderful service! I expected the usual frozen and reheated "wedding food" that I've had at so many Weddings, but Taste provided food that tasted like it came out of a 5 Star Chef's kitchen. I very rarely fill out these ratings and comments, but I was blown away by Taste, that I needed to share my experience!! Thank you so much for making my Wedding everything I dreamed of and More!!

Taste was amazing! The people, service and of course the food were all wonderful and couldn't have been any better.

We had a wonderful summer wedding at The Stateroom. Nicole was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Renovations made to the venue during our engagement only made it nicer, and our guests really enjoyed The Stateroom. The cocktail hour space has a totally different feel than the ballroom upstairs (more Tommy Bahama and beachy compared to elegant), but both are beautiful! We would definitely recommend it (also based on pricing as we compared it to many places, mostly in Monmouth County, before deciding where to have it).

There are no perfect words to express just how we feel about this catering company. It's not everyday that you can find a catering company that works to meet your every need. They were beyond the word accommodating. Not only did they customize each detail of the menu for us, meet the needs of individuals with allergies, walk us through the ceremony procedures, and deliver phenomenal tasting food, Tony (the owner), even fluffed my dress before walking down the aisle. When having a tasting, the food usually will always taste perfect, but when you get to the wedding day, it usually differs a bit from what you tasted. However, that does not apply with this company. The food was identical to what we had at our tasting. Not only was the food delicious but the service from Nicole and Erin was outstanding. Nicole worked with us from the minute we became interested in Taste Catering. She is kind, caring, and dedicated to her wedding professionalism. Nicole has fantastic communication, which is so important when planning a wedding. We always received a response to any question we had and she made it a point to plan with us. She worked hard to make sure we all were involved in the wedding process together. Erin was also a pleasure to work with. We only had the opportunity to work with her on the day of our rehearsal but she was fabulous as well. Erin walked us through our entire ceremony, seeing to every small and large detail. Tony is very dedicated to his business. It is amazing when you see an owner attend as many weddings as he can. He truly cares and that alone makes a bride and groom feel like a king and queen. Thank you for your dedication to your company and couples. It is that which makes your business thrive. We anxiously await the next opportunity to work with Taste Catering. They met and exceeded every expectation we could have for our wedding day. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Without you, our wedding day could not have been all that it was.

The service that Taste of Catering and in particular, Nicole offered to us was beyond our imagination. The planning of the wedding was effortless with her advice. Suggestions on vendors including florist, dj and cake made the day one everyone will always remember. Finally, the service provided by The Boathouse and the food itself were wonderful! Many, many guests commented that it was the "best" food at a wedding they had attended! We agreed! They took care of the bride and groom with special treatments. We just can not say enough. Wish my husband and I could get married again.......we would book with Nicole and Taste of Catering in a heartbeat!

We were extremely pleased with Taste of LBI. Right from the start with my wife's initial meeting with them, TLBI was very customer friendly. The entire process of receiving information, evaluating options, making our food decisions, arranging special elements of the reception, and getting them the order information ahead of time was a smooth affair. The pre-event material they provided us was clear and they were very responsive to any questions we had. The overwhelming consensus of our guests, and most importantly....us, was the food was fantastic. We did not hear a single complaint. People loved the food--the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, the main meal appetizers, the meal, and the dessert. The service was professional and exceptional. We were amazed at the efficiency of the staff in setting and clearing the tables--it was done in minutes so everyone essentially ate at the same time. My wife may be able to do better justice to TLBI than me. I highly recommend them.

Taste Catering are perfectionists in every way. I would highly recommend hiring Taste Catering for your wedding. The experience was enjoyable from the first meeting. The food was fantastic. All of our guests have been complimenting on how good the food tasted. They were also very happy with the amount of food at the cocktail hour. They said everything was delicious. My meal was so good I think I might be one of the few brides that cleaned her plate! Overall my husband and I were very happy with Taste Catering.

I cannot say enough about the Taste Catering. Tony and Nicole are the best!. They were there whenever we needed them, reponded and acted on our every need and want and did so everytime with true professionalism. They treated us like we were their only wedding when they had 3 that same day. Both were there the day of the wedding to see that everything was the exact way we had planned. Most important, the food. Our tasting was superb, but you never know what it will be when cooking and serving 200+. The food on the day of the weding was wonderful in taste, displayed artistically, plentiful and served timely. They exceeded our expectations in all areas: food, presentation, experience, service, planning, professionalism and integrity. If you are looking for a caterer, Taste Catering is the one!

I highly recommend Taste Catering. My wedding was far from where I live, and I was able to do most of the planning/etc over the phone or through emails. They were extremely accommodating to my requests and were even able to provide excellent food without any onions to avoid a food allergy. Everyone was extremely happy with the food and the service, and Nicole was so easy to work with that I didn't need to waste money on a wedding planner.

Taste Catering is the best catering company in all of new jersey. My guests still rave about the food and we were married in August of 2010 ! Anthony and the rest of the staff were out of this world - over the top- from when we had our tasting to the actual day of the wedding everything was flawless. I would tell everybody who is looking for a catering company for any event to go with taste. I can't wait till i have another big event in my life to throw a party and use taste again!
