Supreme Limousine

HORRIBLE. They seemed okay as we were trying to plan (despite them "losing" my first credit card authorization and not sending me any confirmation of my purchase / their services), but turned out to be a nightmare. They were supposed to pick up roughly 200 guests from 2 hotels and shuttle them to our ceremony. The first hotel only had a few people so they were instructed to do one stop there, then the rest at the main hotel. Only they went to the WRONG first hotel, despite having the exact address on the contract. This made them over 20-30 miniutes late STARTING to pick people up and made all of our guests late to our ceremony. Dropping people off at the end of the night was also a nightmare as they took an extra long time and guests were angrily waiting to get back. Very disappointed.

Excellent price, very professional, limo was very clean inside & out!!!

Our wedding was in August and was a very hot day. The limo picked up the guys first and drop them off at the church, the limo driver informed them that the air conditioning was broken. He then came to pick the girls up. We kept telling him that it was very hot in the back. He never said a word (not even a hello when he picked us up). I found out at the alter from my husband that the A/C was actaully broken. He made no attempt to try and switch the limos in between the ceremony and reception. We drove about 20 minutes away for pictures and while on the highway the door flew open! After the wedding it took about 2 or 3 weeks to finally hear back from them. And I believe the only reason we did was because I told another bride who was using them about our experience and she called them.
