Great service. My now husband and his groomsmen had a blast with the driver. he was a little bit more formal with me and my girls but still great. The guys of course were running late but the driver totally went with the flow. the limo itself was gorgeous. Highly recommended

When I called ETA Worldwide the week of my wedding to see if they could help me with my limo needs they not only said YES but they also gave me a great rate! Everyone at the office of ETA was so nice and helpful. Then on my wedding day - Rich pulled up ahead of time AND was ready to help us all get to Church on time! Even though we were all running around like chickens w/o heads ... Rich was calm, cool and collected! He got us to the church on time and then after that he took us to the location of our photos then to the liquor store to get some drinks! He really was awesome! Thanks so much for everything!

The drivers were wonderful, especially Margie - She was fantastic! They both arrived on time to our locations and were so professional the whole day! My experience with ETA was so great - the staff was excellent from the time we booked to the limo types! I just can't say enough about how great they were!!!

We had a very large bridal party so we had a trolley for our day but we needed a ride home for my groom and I from the reception. Alot of companies I called from our area didn't even want to help me once they found out I only needed a transport for the end of the night. ETA was more than willing to help me out and was very inexpensive at that! Te driver was there on time and very pleasant, even for it being so late in the evening! I would highly recommend them for any event!

The cleanliness and responsiveness of ETA were great, but the driver was so awesome! He coordinated everything from my entrance into the back of the church to our receiving line to our exit from the church! He was so helpful and made things run so much smoother!!

I booked a limo for the beginning and end of the night (for the bridal party) and a shuttle for the beginning and end of the night (for guests). The limo was great and our driver was wonderful, HOWEVER, the shuttle was another story. I booked a shuttle as a courtesy for our guests to be transported between the hotel and the reception site. I spoke with Joe (one of the head guys at ETA) a few days before the wedding to confirm times – my biggest concern was that all the guests were picked up in time for the ceremony. Joe played with times and assured me that the shuttle would be able to make two trips to get guests there in time (one at 5pm and one at 6pm). I proceeded to tell all of my guests the times they needed to be outside to wait for the shuttle. Well, the shuttle NEVER SHOWED. At all. Most people drove themselves and, thankfully, the hotel was kind enough to transport some of the guests. People barely made the ceremony in time. My sister and various bridesmaids called ETA as this was happening and were met with extremely rude responses. I believe it was Joe that told my sister that I never confirmed times with him (a lie: I talked to him Monday, wedding was Friday). I personally called the day after the wedding and was promised a refund for the shuttle – it has now been about 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a check…

ETA for me was a no-brainer! They had the best rate (and believe me- I called limo places all over two counties and two states). Our driver, John, was terrific (he is a personal friend of ours but he gave me the same attention as any other bride). He made sure that my dress didn't get stained and the limo was stocked up. He even showed up an extra 15 minutes early! I will use ETA for any other future events. ETA is top-notch!

Let me tell you how wonderful ETA Worldwide is....from our first meeting with them, they listened to what we wanted and needed and gave us that and much more. The ladies I dealt with in the office were always pleasant and helpful, always communicating with me via email or phone. The day of my daughters wedding, well, the Rolls Royce we anticipated getting was instead, THE MOST SPECTACULAR CAR EVER, it was a 1927 Rolls Royce that was so perfect for my daughter and her new groom. Just seeing my daughter and my husband stepping into and riding to the church together melted my heart. Bob, their driver was wonderful and such a gentlemen. So, some surprises can be quite terrific! As for the Cadilac Escalade limo, well Jerry was amazing! And I mean it! He went well over and above what I thought a limo driver does. He helped the gals into the limo, and was quite the gentleman himself. Upon arriving at the church, he took charge and expained that he would call us when the time was right. Once the ceremony was complete he even made an annoucement to all saying that the bridal party would be getting photos and that they would meet their guests at the reception. ( a real take charge fella) and we appreciated it! When photos were being taken inside the church, he and Bob provided waters for a very parched bridal party. During the photo session with the bridal party, my daughter said both he and Bob were very much accomodating to all. Jerry was the driver at the end of the evening for the Bride and Groom, as they were going to Philadelpha for the evening. Jerry, gathered up their get away bags and made sure they were in the car. All was well with the world when he dropped off the Newlyweds at their hotel! Thanks ETA Worldwide for a wonderful experience, if ever anyone needs a limo service, don't hesitate to use them! ETA was a great company to work with!! The price quote they gave us was very much under what other companies offered!! Their vehicles were much nicer than other companies we worked with. Our drivers were very professional. The only issue I had was I had gotten a oil stain on my dress getting into the limo for the first time (I didnt know you were suppose to turn your dress inside out getting into the limo to prevent that...I dont blaim the driver though he was so nice I dont think he even relized that was even possible to get something like that on my dress since the vehicle was once again very clean.) We were very happy with this company ..they are so flexable and would definatly book with them again for future ocasions.

We used ETA for our limo services for our ride to the airport for a family vacation in 2005 and also for our July 2010 wedding. In the past 5 years they have not changed, still great service. I think our drivers name was Butch. He was very sweet and very helpful. He was on time if not early, and he knew back roads and shortcuts. I would highly reccommend their services.

ETA Worldwide was terrific and very flexible. The drivers were polite and friendly. Their timing was great. They were very flexible about adding additional stops and changes even at the last minute.

We had a 22 person Limo Bus, which is hard to find. ETA was one of the only companies in the area that had it. It was ideal for our larger bridal party. it was perfect. Driver was attentive,and on time, bus was clean and fully stocked.
