What can I possibly say about Michael Spinnato and his fabulous team that would do ample justice to what they did for us? I found Mike and Co. at a dear friend's wedding. I was hesitant to use them at first because all of my vendors were located in Manhattan and Mike and Co. are in Staten Island. Let me be the first to say that they are phenomenal! I was very honest with Mike about all of my concerns. He addressed them all very thoroughly. Mike was always available when I needed him, ready and willing to listen to my and my fiance's ideas for the vision we had. Where we were unsure, Mike had fantastic suggestions! Mike and Co. managed all the music (harpist, concert pianist, jazz trio, DJ), MC-ed the reception, and managed all the lighting (2 ceremonies, 2 cocktail hours, dinner and dance reception). We had so many compliments from our guests that this was the most amazing wedding they had ever attended. One of the moments I remember most was when the doors opened as my father escorted me into the second ceremony. I had yet to see the room, but it took my breath away. It was stunning. They really went above and beyond all of our expectations. We would highly recommend them for any event and plan to use them in the future for our social gatherings. Anyone who is able to book them would be very fortunate.

Tomorrow marks three months since our wedding day. I honestly never got around to writing this review due to our busy schedules. However, as three months approach, it amazes me to realize how incredible our wedding truly was. I would be doing a disservice to all other brides and grooms getting married in the tri-state area if I did not take the time to explain why our wedding surpassed all of our expectations. Yes, our family, friends and venue helped contribute to an extraordinary wedding, but the main reason our wedding will be unforgettable is because of Eclipse Entertainment. When we booked with Eclipse, they eased all the nerves that can cause brides to feel overwhelmed. They are true professionals that will listen to your vision of your dream wedding and understand how to work with you to guarantee that it happens. When talking with them, you can see that they are down to earth people who have a passion for what they do. You only get one chance at having that wedding of your dreams and the staff of Eclipse keeps this idea as their main priority. Leading up to your wedding, they will prove to you that the entertainment at your event will be one less thing you should have jitters about on your wedding day or even the days before it. Everything they provided at our wedding was exactly what we envisioned it as and more. From the music played during our cocktail hour, to the engaging MC, to the LED uplighting and moving head lights that made the room look unbelievable, to the music that made dancing irresistible, to the photo booth that was operated so well and provided our guests with more fun, to our personalized name monogram, to the plasma screens and projection screens that played re-caps of the entire day, to our video montage and so much more, Eclipse made all of these things personalized to what we wanted and allowed our wedding to be remembered by everyone who attended. If I can give any advice to any brides, go with this company. They have so much experience and are personable and respectful professionals who will know how to make your day not only unique to fit your dream of your wedding, but you will also actually be able to ENJOY your day!

We could not be happier with the decision we made to use Eclipse Entertainment for our DJ. The customer service they provided was amazing. Dealing with Anthony Battista was a dream. I do admit I was a nervous bride so I would e-mail Anthony with random questions probably more often than most brides. What I truly appreciated was that he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He always answered my e-mails quickly and kindly. With some vendors you pay them and then they want nothing to do with you. Anthony was with us for the entire process. We met with one other DJ before meeting Anthony and it was night and day. The other DJ basically told us that we had to trust him with the music and to let him do his thing. Anthony never did that. He truly listened to what we wanted and at the reception we were so happy with the music. Everything we asked for was done. The music was great – everything we requested was played and there was a perfect mix of old and new. Our name in lights came out beautiful. The percussionist was awesome! And an added bonus was that Jason Della Valle was there. He definitely added an extra something to the event. He did my sister in law’s wedding and they were thrilled with him as well. Their entire operation is professional. From the first meeting we felt comfortable choosing Eclipse Entertainment. We were impressed with their attention to detail and the fact that they genuinely wanted to make our day a success.

Eclipse Entertainment is the best DJ team ever!! Michael and his team are very professional and are super easy to work with. John was our MC and Michael was the DJ and they were both so awesome. I planned my wedding from out of town and music is very important to me and my husband. They made the whole experience stress free. I am so happy to have found Eclipse Entertainment. My entire wedding commented on how they were the best wedding DJs they have ever seen! Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

I used Eclipse Entertainment for both my ceremony music and reception music and I would recommend them to everybody. They were so professional from the first meeting through our wedding, which is more than I can say for other DJs we met with.Anthony was our contact throughout the planning process and also the MC the night of the wedding. We chose the ceremony music ourselves, but Anthony was totally on point with the timing and fade in/fade out and it all complemented our ceremony beautifully.The reception music was PERFECT. Our guests were up and on our feet the entire time- I think they only played a couple of slow songs early in the night, which I didn't even notice but my guests loved that they weren't dragged down by slow songs later in the evening, so that was awesome. Everyone from our 6 year old niece to our great aunts and grandparents were up and dancing to every song. They threw a lot of remixes in there so it wasn't just standard radio, boring versions of every song. I was very impressed. They also stuck to our play/do-not-play list which we appreciated. I have to point out, I gave our final music form to Anthony a week or two before the wedding with full intentions to get him copies of all the songs he didn't already have, but you brides know how it is and I got caught up in everything else and forgot until the night before- but by then Anthony had already taken the initiative and found all of our songs for us, even the more semi-obscure ones. So we were very appreciative to him for taking that extra step!I got soooo many compliments on the DJ, which honestly, I don't think I have ever noticed/cared about a DJ so much to compliment the hosts on them, so it sounds like a big deal that days later and I am still hearing about how great the DJ was!We also got our photobooth through Eclipse. Brides- do not get your photobooth anywhere else!! I shopped around everywhere for a photobooth. Every company offered the same, standard, curtain-lined half-assed booth. Eclipse's photobooth is plexiglass with led lighting which is SO much classier! People will notice! That extra attention to detail is what sets Eclipse apart. Also loved that you could choose color/black and white/sepia- our guests mixed it up a lot! Very easy to use, and the quality of the print outs was phenomenal. The guest book we received with the photobooth pictures and our guests messages' was probably our favorite part of the night and we have looked through it dozens of times already!

If I could rate more than '5' in the above categories, I would. Eclipse Entertainment did a fantastic job at my wedding on October 1. I've been thinking about it ever since and I owe so much to Michael Spinnato and his team. As busy and booked as Eclipse Entertainment is, they gave special attention to my requests and made sure that my reception music was nonstop fun. The perfect mix of every genre of songs, all of my guests were dancing the whole night. You know it's a good time when people deliberately turn around on their walk to the bathroom because another great song comes on. When you can trust your DJ and MC to make the most of your reception, you have very little to worry about. It's only been a week since my wedding, and I'm already trying to think of some event that I can hire Eclipse Entertainment again. Outstanding, guys! Thanks soo much!~Danielle (Rude) Dill

Eclipse Entertainment made our wedding day the best it could be! People were still complimenting our DJ choice after the wedding, and a few people are now using them and recommending them for weddings in their future. Anthony was great with helping us plan everything, and Mike is an AWESOME MC!! The dance floor was ALWAYS packed, regardless of age! My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony the Director of Operations, MC/DJ from Eclipse Entertainment. From the first time we meet with him he was the easiest MC to deal with and was very helpful in suggesting great ideas to put our minds at ease and make our wedding day very unique. Eclipse was able to supply us with a tremendous array of options from lighting, monograms, plasma screens, photo booth, a percussionist a live orchestra for our ceremony and cocktail hour among a boatload of other things. When all of the planning was done and it came time for the big day Anthony and his crew did not disappoint. As a matter of fact we had five star food and we couldn't get our guests to sit down to eat it because he was so good. Whenever we would turn around we literally did not have one table sitting down which is very hard to. All we can say is that we have been too many weddings and we have interviewed many vendors and Anthony and Eclipse Entertainment blew everyone else out of the water tenfold. Thanks a lot guys!!!!!

Anthony and his whole Eclipse Entertainment crew left me as a bride with not one single worry about my guests being entertained. We had them provide DJ services and different lighting and we could not have been any more pleased with how easy they were to work with and how beautiful our venue looked after they were all set up. They truly are professionals and know their business inside and out.

We dealt with Anthony and had him do our wedding and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Our wedding was August 2011 and we had such an amazing time. Eclipse also provided all of the lighting for our reception and it looked OUT OF THIS WORLD!! It had exactly the ambiance we were going for. The music was PERFECT-- a perfect mix of everything we love and something for everyone at our reception. Anthony really kept the energy going all night. My husband is actually a big Star Wars fan and as a suprise I had Anthony work in some Star Wars music during the first course-- my husband loved it! This company is the BEST, I wouldn't have gone elsewhere!!!!

If you're looking to have a great time and deal with people who want to get it right, Eclipse Entertainment is the way to go. Anthony helped create a weekend to remember.

Hi brides (and grooms) to be. I used Eclipse Entertainment for the ceremony (two musicians), the cocktail hour (one musician), the reception (DJ and MC), and the photo booth (amazing!). My MC was Anthony Battista, and he was amazing. I am 25 and everyone from our friends, to our younger siblings and cousins (mid to late teens), to our parents and grandparents (they'd kill me :-) ) loved every second of the reception. I've only been to a couple weddings so I didn't really know what to do or when to do it, but Anthony graciously and gracefully guided us through the announcements, the dances, the toasts, the cake-cutting... everything went so smoothly and nothing felt forced or like an interruption. I wouldn't change a thing. Below is a copy of an e-mail I sent to Anthony before I posted this, because I (gasp*) forgot about posting and I wanted him to know what a great job we all thought he did. The musicians for the ceremony and cocktail hour were great, though that part is more of a blur for me, but I know my wedding started on time and the music was exactly what I asked for, so what more could I want?! The reception was amazing. You were so professional, guided us through all the major ceremonial parts of the ceremony (even when I forgot what was going on - I haven't been to that many weddings), introduced the wedding party, our dances, and the toasters gracefully so that the night just flowed on and on from one fun part to another. My parents are saying that you are the best investment they made that night and are keeping your card for when my younger siblings get married! I know you probably get glowing reviews all the time, but I'd never get tired of hearing it, so I wanted to pass it along.Second, the photo booth was great. This was the second best investment of the night. People had a great time taking those pictures, and that guest book will be great to look back on. Unfortunately our photographer did not do a great job of taking pictures of people at the reception, so that makes these photos even more valuable and the whole booth an even better investment. I recently had my Wedding over the summer and used Eclipse Entertainment for my Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception. From beginning to end Anthony was so helpful and quick to respond to any of my needs. He was incredibly easy to work with--very professional. Emcee Steve Caruso and DJ Joey were such a blast to work with and followed through with every little detail for my Wedding. I Loved their music selection, and interaction with my family and guests. Steve was so helpful, and organized he completely made my wedding flawless from Ceremony to the Bouquet Toss. If you are in need of a DJ I strongly suggest hiring DJ Joey and MC Steve. I also used Eclipse for the LED Lighting. I cannot tell you what a difference the gorgeous lavender lighting did to a plain white room. I am still getting compliments of the glow of the room. Thank you Eclipse Entertainment for making my Wedding a day to remember!!!

Our wedding was so amazing thanks to Eclipse! It was such a great party and they did everything we asked for and more! They had a red carpet photo area set up for our guests and that was our favor, the guests all loved it! All of our guests cannot stop talking about it! DJ Anthony B. had all of our guests on the dance floor all night long no one wanted to leave! Also we had a percussionist it made it feel like we were in a club! Awesome Job guys! Just have to say, ANTHONY, WE FREAKIN LOVE YOU!!! We hired Anthony and Eclipse Entertainment as a DJ for our wedding. Anthony and his team didn't just "set the mood", at our wedding, they took our already rowdy crowd to another level. Anthony added humor, to the perfect awkward situations, like nervous speeches, and sentimental words to the sweetest of moments. From our first meeting, Anthony listened to exactly what we wanted. He was extremely helpful to myself ( the bride) because I kept changing my mind and would constantly email him! Anthony was so quick to email me back, and I could always pop in to ask a question whenever I wanted. On the day of our wedding, we walked into our venue to take a look at it before our guests. Anthony came right up to us, excited to show us his set up. It looked AMAZING! Before we went out to cocktail hour, we were filling him in on the ceremony, and funny things that happened at the church. It was like we had known Anthony forever. During the reception, Anthony played every song that we LOVED! I am even requesting a copy of the playlist! No one stopped dancing, and I am still getting asked "Who was your DJ?! They were AWESOME!!" or "What was the name of that DJ? Best DJ EVER!" I would definitely recommend Anthony to EVERYONE. He absolutely made the night perfect. I can not thank Anthony enough for all that he did that night.

Eclipse Entertainment did an amazing job at our wedding! I knew how important finding the right dj was since they tend to set the mood at the reception. After meeting with Anthony, all of my fears were put at ease. Right away I knew I wouldn't have to worry about our guests having a great time at our wedding. Anthony was so easy to work with and listened to all of our needs and wants. The display and lighting the night of the wedding looked amazing! Anthony and Eclipse Entertainment did an amazing job at our wedding a few weeks ago! We were on the dance floor the entire night, along with all of our guests! He was very easy to work with and very helpful when it came to choosing specific songs and determining the music style for the reception. We also had a jazz trio from Eclipse for our cocktail hour and they were wonderful as well! We highly recommend Anthony and Eclipse for your big day!

YOU NEED TO HIRE ANTHONY!!! We can not say enough about Eclipse...professional, easy to work with and kept the party going! We knew Anthony was the DJ for us when we saw him at a friends wedding but he completely exceeded our expectations. We had a very fun, lively crowd and Anthony knew how to keep everyone on their feet! Our guests are still raving! Worth every penny. Thank You!

Looking back on our wedding, if we had to pull the highlight from the entire weekend, it would have to be the entertainment. I can’t think of one aspect of it that could not have gone more perfectly. I am a music maniac and for me, this was the one aspect of the wedding I showed the most interest in, and put the most effort into. Having never done this before, I had a lot of reservations about using a DJ or company that I had no relationship with and had never seen perform, etc. However, after talking with Anthony I was put more at ease with how the festivities were shaping up. I have to say, after filling out such a thorough Finals Form (and making multiple last minute changes to it because I am crazy), I was expecting to have a couple hiccups during the show. There were none. I gained more confidence once I talked to John Ryan on the phone about how the night would go. I had multiple aspects I was trying to incorporate (customized intro, shout outs to individuals for specific songs, my sister doing karaoke to a song, etc.). These were put in less than a week before the show. My confidence was even more complete after meeting John Ryan in person within an hour before the reception. He was the best. He came in and visited with the entire bridal party (which was huge – 20 people) and got to know them a little on a personal level. He was even discussing their intro’s and making sure they had enough time to put on a little show. I made the mistake of aligning my wedding party completely different than what I had listed on the finals form. You would have never known. John Ryan adjusted at the last minute and it couldn’t have gone smoother. John Ryan was also nice enough to introduce me to Seth beforehand. Throughout the night, John Ryan checked on me and Kelly to make sure everything was going the way we thought it should. I have to truly say this…I will put Eclipse Entertainment up against ANYONE when it comes to a party. The professionalism that began with you and Anthony, all the way to the party with John Ryan and Seth. I couldn’t have designed a better time myself. Both sides of our family have received MULTIPLE compliments to the tune of, “that was the best time I have had in my entire life,” “I danced more at your wedding than I have in my entire life,” and “I’ve never been to a wedding with better music selection beginning to end.” At the end of the day, Michael, you should be among the proudest men in your industry for the level of service, professionalism, and FUN your staff provided us. Some people may look at this testimonial as being fake, or over the top, or planned. Not the case at all as no one has put me up to this. I just think a wedding is the most special day of a lifetime for two people, and when a staff comes together to make it even more flawless, it should not go ignored. Eclipse did an absolutely fantastic job at my wedding and I would highly recommend them! I received so many compliments on everything and was truly impressed with their overall presentation. The display and lighting looked so classy and the photo montages they put together were great. Steve did an awesome job on the mike and kept everyone engaged. Joe's playlist was fabulous... all requests were met, he kept it fresh, energetic and fun, and played all the right music at the right times. I had high expectations and all were exceeded! Eclipse really does a first class job all around and I highly recommend them!
