All I can say is "wow." Previous to working with Cherin, I had so many difficulties with another vendor that I was really doubting if having something like a custom runner was worth it. I found Cherin shortly after and was amazed by her customer service. She was SO quick to respond to every concern and she takes so much pride in her product and getting it RIGHT that she requested mailed swatches. That spoke volumes to me. She continued to update me on the progress and made sure the worst case lead time met my wedding deadline, then lo and behold I received my runner 3 weeks earlier than she quoted. I am so happy I was able to get past my fears and frustrations with the first vendor, because Cherin made something very special and custom just for us. We so enjoyed using it in our ceremony this May! Thanks again for everything!!

The final product exceeded expectation, execution was wonderful and the quality exceptional The price was fantastic much better value than any suppliers I could find in Australia Fast response time & delivery, I couldn't be happier I will definitely be back for the nursery range products when the time arises Thankyou for an easy purchase which added a special personalised touch to our day.

I contacted Cherin at Customized Wedding Creations in regards to my aisle runner. I had originally been quoted an OUTRAGEOUS price that just was not in my budget. I already had the monogram I wanted from another vendor as we were using that throughout our wedding decor, however I needed a vendor to provide the aisle runner and paint the monogram on it. Cherin's price was more than reasonable and I can't tell you how excited I was when the runner arrived! It seemed like it took forever to roll it out (it was 100ft), however, it was worth the wait! The work was PERFECT! We ended up using it for our aisle runner and on our sweetheart table at our reception. It is now framed in our family room for all to see! My only recommendation to other brides is if you are getting married in a church or in a venue with a tile floor...GET THE NON SLIP! I made this mistake. Luckily, there were no issues, but looking back, I would have paid closer attention to my order.

My black aisle runner with white writing was beautiful. We had our flowergirls drop fake snow instead of flowers and it looked amazing. I was glad I decided to order this aisle runner. It was a great touch.

I had to have a runner. Cherin did an amazing job with our monogram. Everyone loved the runner. The quality of the fabric was great! We had great commutation through email and she is the very sweet and easy to work with. We had a saying in the middle and our monograms on the ends. We used it as a table runner after the ceremony. I would high recommend using her!

Customized Wedding Creations made a beautiful hand-painted runner for our wedding! It was amazing and we got many compliments!! They were so flexible with creating the monogram.....I didn't like the font 100% at first and coming up with a few additional options wasn't a problem. They were so fast to respond and very polite! Would highly recommend them!!

What can I say but wow! Wow! The custom aisle runner that Cherin created for my daughter's wedding was incredibly beautiful! We purchased a 100 foot runner. My daughter wanted a burnt orange runner and she wanted a custom claddagh monogram with the bride and groom's names. Cherin immediately answered my email and sent a quote and a proof of the monogram. We had questions about the color of the paint on the orage runner. Cherin sent us swatches of different colors of the materials and the paint before we ordered the runner. We sent her numerous emails and she always promptly answered our questions and offered advice. We placed our order and within three months we received our finished aisle runner. The quality was excellent and the paint was perfect. The claddagh monogram was exquisitely painted! And the burnt orange color was gorgeous! We were very happy with the aisle runner. We bought the runner 14 months before the wedding and left it in the box the entire time -- there wasn't a single wrinkle in it when they unrolled it right before the wedding! There were audible gasps from the guests when they saw the runner! The chapel coordinators raved about how beautiful it was! The orange runner just "popped" and added an elegant and colorful touch to my daughter and son-in-law's fall wedding. I highly recommend Cherin and Customized Wedding Creations.

Cherin was very proactive in calling to make sure I got the a picture of the design of my aisle runner before it was made so I could approve of the design. The quality of the aisle runner was so much better than those that you could get at discount wedding stores. I am a wedding planner and have seen many aisle runners. This one laid so beautifully on the floor that it looked great (no wrinkles or bumps) and there was no tripping! Customized Wedding Creations did a great job for my clients. What a wonderful company!! Cherin at Customized Wedding Creations was so helpful when I ordered our custom aisle runner. I guess I was probably a bit of the neurotic bride as I kept making changes throughout the process. Cherin didn't seem to mind and was quick in getting my new proofs back to me. When she finally sent the picture of my finished runner I almost fell out of my chair...it was perfect! The colors were spot on, the design was exact, it was gorgeous!! The day of our wedding when I saw it rolled out, I was so emotional. Not only did it move me, but I can't tell you how many compliments we received from friends and family. There are other companies out there that produce these items (I should know, I emailed about ten of them before choosing Customized Wedding Creations), but none seemed to get back to me as quickly as Cherin and none were nearly as professional. I've already referred a few friends and will continue to do so in the future.

We ordered a custom aisle runner for our wedding reception. The company provided good communication and completed our proof and order quickly. My only complaint was that the aisle runner was on a flimsy cardboard tube that was broken in the middle which made rolling out our runner very difficult. Aisle runner looked beautiful and was exactly what we expected. Would definitely recommend!!
