cherished video productions

We have been married for almost 5 months now. The owner Bill Totten has not returned not one of my phone calls and has not provided the video which has been paid for! I have emailed him regularly about the whereabouts of our video, and he has responded twice in five months. We are about to seek legal counsel. I would NOT use this company.

My wedding was 7/16/10 and I have still received no video from our wedding. I have to write at least 2 emails and wait weeks before I get a response from Bill (the owner). I have been getting the run-around for months now. He has promised my video to me time and time again, most recently telling me that raw footage was being sent out the following day (over 2 weeks ago- which I have yet to receive). We are in the process of seeking legal counsel. Do NOT use Cherished Video!

We used Cherished Video for our wedding. They were fantastic! We are very happy with our video.

Cherished Video is terrible and the owner, Bill, is arrogant, impolite and unprofessional. Cherished Video does not deserve to be in business, as the only real value they provide is tainting otherwise happy memories with aggravation. We have been waiting 18 months for our video and Bill has gone through periods of months at a time where he refused to answer our email and phone calls. LeBron James probably receives better customer service in Cleveland sports bars. It is not at all surprising to see that several couples are pursuing legal counsel. If you hire Cherished Video, do not expect to receive anything for your payments.

It has been over a year we still have not gotten our video from our wedding!! We have not recieved any phone calls back or responses to emails. We are currently in a legal investigation with Cherished Video. Please do not use this production company.

I LOVED the video that Cherished Video provided me. Bill Totten was wonderful. My husband and I weren't sure if we should splurge and get a video of our wedding but we are so glad that we did. Bill was so easy to work with and I promise you I FORGOT HE WAS THERE. He was not intrusive, he was very much behind the scenes but he captured everything. At one point in the reception I asked my photographer to take certain pictures outside. Bill followed us outside and I turned to him and said "BIll! I forgot you were even here!". His reply to me was "Thank you- that's a compliment especially since I have 5 hours of footage already". 5 hours of footage and I didn't even know he was there??!! How wonderful was that.The quality of the video was excellent. Bill used various camera angles and really captured the day. He set the video to songs he knew we would like. It was just a superb video. He did such a good job. Very grateful we found him. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I am so satisfied with our video saying "thank you" to him does not seem like enough. I strongly recommend Bill Totten at Cherished Video for your wedding or other event. You will not be disapointed. He did such a wonderful job!

The videographer was very flexible and made sure I was happy. He checked in on me every so often to make sure I didn't have any changes. I didn't get my video back yet, but I saw the demo, and it was absolutely beautiful.

We loved our video and recomend Cherished Video . Prices are reasonable and staff is professional.
