Armani Coach Limo

I booked Armani Coach Limo for my wedding on May 7th 2011. Everything started off smoothly. The driver picked up my wife to take her to the ceremony site. However, the driver made a wrong turn and ended up getting the limo stuck. My wife got into a stranger's car with a bridesmaid to get to the ceremony on time. I had to cram into cars with my groomsmen. I called them upon returning from our honeymoon and was promised a full refund but they have yet to honor their promise. They are cheap but if something goes wrong you will not get your money back, they will promise you a refund to get you off the phone but will never follow through.

My husband and I only needed the limo for a ride to the wedding as the ceremony, photos and reception were all in the same place. The limo picked me and the bridesmaid up earlier than planned (which was great). Apparently the driver made a wrong turn and then proceeded to try turn around in somebody's driveway. Due to the driveway being uphill from the road, the limo bottomed out and got stuck. My photographer was following in his own car behind and did everything he could to help the driver get the limo un-stuck but nothing worked. My bridesmaids were standing on the side of the road while he spun his wheels kicking up dirt and I did everything I could not to have a panic attack in the back of the limo. Finally he gave up and I got out to wait for my dad and another guest come pick us up. We had spent so much time trying to get the limo unstuck that I was afraid that we'd be late. I had planned on doing pictures with my bridesmaids before the ceremony so that I'd have as much time with my guests at cocktail hour as possible. When a passing stranger offered me a ride to my wedding I took. My bridesmaids and I were driven to my wedding by perfect strangers. I wasn't really angry with the driver or the limo service because accidents happen and when we returned from the honeymoon we had a message saying that we would be refunded in full. I DID get angry when that refund never came. My husband had to dispute the charge with his credit card company in order for us to get our money back. We spent weeks calling the limo company and my husband even sent the owner messages on facebook. Honestly, if getting the refund hadn't been such a hassle I would recommend this company and just suggest that you pay attention to where you're at so you make no wrong turns.

Armani Coach LIMO was great! They were early for pick up, their vehicle was beautiful, and the service was excellent. It was so easy to book them and they had the best rate in town! The driver was polite and professional and he did not get lost to any of our locations. I caould not have been any happier with the service or product that I paid for. I have already told everyone about them.
